UNVEILS NEW CONTEMPORARY DINNER MENU

New Orchids Dinner Menu:
Featuring the island’s finest and freshest local ingredients, the new dinner menu at Orchids has already garnered acclaim for its premium and rare seafood selections, modern and colorful presentations, perfectly balanced flavors using raw Hawaiian salts, organically grown herbs and complex Asian spices, broad varietals of appetizers and entrees offering elegant vegetarian selections and exquisite wine pairings.

The Orchids menu features new signature items such as a Kona Crab Cappucino starter; Variation of Island Fish appetizer comprised of seared Kampachi, Ahi Sashimi and Poke; Seafood Variation featuring cold water lobster, jumbo scallops, white shrimp, Roasted Pepper Spiced Duck Breast and the highly popular Steamed Onaga Oriental Style entrée plated with shiitake mushrooms and a medley of ginger, Chinese parsley, green onions and soy sauce.

Orchids Executive Luncheon: This special menu is redesigned every two weeks and features a two-course menu at $24 per person and three-course for $28 per person.   

Orchids Sunday Brunch has been voted as the Best Brunch in Hawaii, known throughout the islands for its vast array of culinary delights, featuring traditional cuisine from Thailand, Japan and Korea as well as Hawaii.  The Sunday Brunch also features live music and offers two seatings at 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., served until 2:30 p.m., reservations are required.  Orchids’ Sunday Brunch also offers a creatively healthy and savory children’s buffet for $25, holidays $29.  Sunday Brunch is available at $46 per person, holidays $52.

Orchids has also become the island’s most sought after holiday gathering place, offering the most coveted holiday brunches in Hawaii and the preferred annual venue for New Years Eve Waikiki Extravaganza.
